Invented and patented an Agent-Matching recommendation engine that leverages data analytics, Machine Learning, and AI to recommend up to three real estate agents based on user criteria.
Wrote requirements, designed systems architecture, and oversaw Agile/Scrum teams in the build of AgentHawk, a custom CRM and marketing system built for AgentStory’s operations. The system uses predefined automation workflows to recommend optimal agents based on user’s data, automate the introduction and engagement between the user and the recommended agents, and send SMS and email notifications based on events (e.g. listings, sales).

Joined as a co-founder to take a nascent product prototype to the next level, with efforts focused on defining the product vision, building software development and data teams, leading market and user research, and driving execution. Transitioned from CEO to CPO role in summer 2022.
AgentStory® Webapp
Managed development of AgentStory’s web application that enables users to review real estate agent performance data and search agents by name or location, compare agent performance to other agents, and view agents’ areas of activity on an interactive map. The application currently features profiles for 700k agents.
Drove growth that led to 27% average increase in agent signups MoM, 53% average increase in MAUs (10K in eight months), and 35% average increase in pages indexed by Google MoM (193K in eight months). The product has powered $50M+ in real estate transactions and $320K+ in commissions earned.
